Two games on Easter Sunday

Anyone interested in watching a super game of competitive football should head over to the M&B Club this Easter Sunday.

Two of the top sides in Division Three are squaring off in a tense contest whereby the winner will earn semi-final berth and a chance to get to Aveley in one of the ESFC’s major competitions. The McDougall Cup is for every team in Divisions 2,3 & 4 so these sides know a sterner test could await. Out of the frying pan and into the fire!! Having been in the middle for both sides this season I can promise plenty of action and commitment to the cause. Each side possess the players needed to carry them to the final and ultimate glory so 10:30 is the time you are aiming for and Dagenham Road, close to the old Farmhouse Tavern, is the destination.

In the only other fixture, Division Four rivals Barking Colts & Larron will be taking the opportunity to add a welcome victory to a tough season. West Ham Park is the venue for this game after agreeing to switch locations.

Just to let you know, this game is now being played at Robert Clack School. Owing to the poor weather once again, the decision was taken to move the tie to the all-weather pitch close to the Civic Centre Dagenham.
